Register by March 2, 2007 to receive the discounted registration fee.

 

There are three ways to register for the meeting: online, by mail or fax. Mail and fax registrations will only be accepted if received before March 2, 2007. The form for mail or fax registration is on page 44 and also online in a PDF format. Registration may be paid by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express only). Checks must be written on a U.S. or Canadian bank in U.S. funds and made payable to: Experimental Biology 2007. Purchase orders will NOT be accepted.  The registration fee includes entrance to scientific sessions, exhibits, a copy of the Program and either a print copy or CD-ROM of the Abstract Volumes (April issues of The FASEB Journal). Additional fees for special Society satellite meeting and social activities are required.

*Graduate Student Registration (including all Society student members): You must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and email address of your department head. If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head. “Student” will be indicated on your badge. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate. 

 

**Undergraduate Students, High School Students and High School Teachers: Registration will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration onsite, bring a student or teacher ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisor, principal or teacher.

 


 

U.S. Registrants:

 

If you register prior to March 2, you will receive your badge, program, and abstract volumes in April. If you register online after March 2 but prior to April 9, you will receive your badge in the mail. The program and abstract volumes must be picked up at the meeting. If you register online after April 9, pickup your badge, program and abstract volumes at the meeting.

 


 

International Registrants:

 

All international participants may pickup their badge, program, and abstract volumes at the meeting. No materials will be mailed in advance.

 


 

On-site Registration:

 

On-site registration will be available at the Washington Convention Center beginning Friday, April 27, continuing through Wednesday, May 2. For hours, visit www.eb2007.org.

 


 

Cancellation and Refunds:

 

The badge, receipt and a letter requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by April 6, 2007. A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After April 6 no refunds will be issued.
